I would like to cultivate&sell/export some plants that have the medicinal values such as Aloe vera,Basil...?

1.What type of land should I purchase to do a cultivation of this sort? 2.Should there be a water source nearby? What type of irrigation is best suited for this purpose? 3.What are the plants that could be grown for such type of purposes? And, how many people should be employed for the same? 4.Please provide me with the details of the sq.ft. of land required and the minimum money that i should invest for the same? Which soil is best suited for the cultivation of plants for such a purpose? 5.Is a green house required? Is a plant tissue culture lab set up essential? 6.How far the government and the banks will help me with loans for such a set up? Please provide the answer for this in accordance to a farm that is to be bought and cultured at Coimbatore and nearby places in Tamil Nadu,India... 7.Is this kind of a business worth doing and please suggest me any other promotable ideas too......

You don't say where you live. That will have a huge impact on this project.
I also think a bit more detail would be helpful. Like who is your market target?
1)--- Can't answer that without more detail.
2)--- Of course you will need a water supply
3)--- There are thousands of plants with medicinal value. You should plan on 1 employee...you.
4)--- Again, it depends on where you live. Each plant species will have it's preferences for soil type, fertilizer, and irrigation.
5)--- A greenhouse is probably a good idea. Tissue culture is not.
6)--- You aren't going to be able to finance this project. For several reasons. You'll need to cover it out of pocket.
7)--- This business is very risky. But, not impossible. It will be an expensive gamble for you.
Might I suggest, before you do anything? You need a degree in horticulture.
With a minor in business.
Then you have a better chance at success.
