Normally it comes as, Basic Pay - Allowance - Total pay (In between the cuttings of PF, ESI, (Either insurance anything can deducted).

The basic scale of pay on joining is Rs. 11250.The increment per annum is Rs.700.When u reach Rs.18950 with Rs. 700 increment p.a. the organisation will make an assessment of ur service.If u manage to satisfy them u will continue to get monthly increment of R.700 till u reach Rs.21750.The salary is exclsive of all allowances.U r entitled to receive different allowance apart from ur salary n also promotion in between.
