You REALLY need to take it to a proper vet who treats birds, because it could be infected or it could lead to permanent eye damage or blindness. Anything at all could be wrong, it might have injured it, it might be seriously infected, it might be diseased or have sinus infections, the only way you will know what it is and how to treat it is by seeing a vet.
