Loosing 3-4 kilos is not a big deal.Whether you are vegetarian or non vegetarian, doesn't matter very much for loosing weight. Generally speaking, when you eat too much oily food, butter, ghee, cheese, and fatty food - the chance is there to add weight, because these foods are difficult to digest than other non fatty food. The other aspect is over eating; eating more than the quantity you need.
Therefore, eating less fatty food and avoiding over eating can help you reducing weight.
There is no one single list of perfect diet for everyone. You need to make several lists consisting of assorted foods for you consumption. For that you need a little knowledge about balanced diet. You can have more information from the review given below.
