i want to reduce some amount of weight.. about 3-4 kgs. how do u think i can do it in a healthy way?i am a strict non vegetarian. though i am fine with fruits n salads but not vegetables. so please tell me a way to lose 3-4 kgs as soon as possible.

I have lost 40 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you'll want to keep going.

There is no magic way to lose weight.

Many people will answer telling you about acai. The only thing that will get lighter is your wallet.

Eating healthy with sensible portions and exercise ? even walking, is the only way to ensure you lose weight and keep it off.

Diets won?t help, a lifestyle change will.

AVOID OILY FOOD FAST FOODS .EAT LOT OF JUICE ,WALK ATLEAT HALF AND DRINK LOT OF WARM WATER,AND LASTLY FIRM DETERMINATION TO LOOSE WEIGHT WILL HELP YOU TO LOSE WEIGHT EASILY AND SOONLY

The key is small meals, dont have huge 3 big meals that I used to haave, like a big breakfast,lunch and dinner. Spread out the meals and make them smaller, this increases your metabolism and therefore you loose the weight that you just ate.
I used 2 weigh 160 pounds and I got down to 125 in 2 months in the summer last year.
i have remained 125 pounds as this diet keeps the weight off.
Ive tried many 'quick fixes' and i just ended up putting on more weight that I started :/
so yeah, small healthy meals and only drink water! :D

Loosing 3-4 kilos is not a big deal.Whether you are vegetarian or non vegetarian, doesn't matter very much for loosing weight. Generally speaking, when you eat too much oily food, butter, ghee, cheese, and fatty food - the chance is there to add weight, because these foods are difficult to digest than other non fatty food. The other aspect is over eating; eating more than the quantity you need.
Therefore, eating less fatty food and avoiding over eating can help you reducing weight.
There is no one single list of perfect diet for everyone. You need to make several lists consisting of assorted foods for you consumption. For that you need a little knowledge about balanced diet. You can have more information from the review given below.
If you are over weight, I will suggest to do some physical exercise everyday along with good food habit.
