What is the reason for hair loss? How can we prevent from it?
Reason for a hair fall tension,too much work,Illness,poor diet,over-exposure to the sun,take a fruit and a healthy food and a use a natural product for that and best product you use like a henna,egg and amla this are the best for a hair.

Hair loss can be due to many reasons like hormonal imbalance, unhealthy lifestyle, stress and using the wrong hair care products. The best way to prevent out the hair:
1) Wash your hair twice in a week.
2) Use out the conditioner while washing out your hair.
3) Keep habit of eating more green vegetables.
4) Consult out your doctor if you losing more hair...

Hair Loss depends on individual case but there are some normal reasons for that. It occurs due to traveling in polluted area, Wearing Cap for long time, Unhealthy nutrition etc. You should cover your hair while traveling in polluted area. Wash your hair regularly to remove dust form it. Massage your hair with coconut oil frequently.
